- A role with Administrator permissions is required.
- A portfolio is open.
- Go to Object configuration > Data quality criteria.
- Hover over the template name.
- Select
Edit criteria.
- The configuration dialog opens.
The available settings are Type, Component, Room/segment, System, Zone, Floor, and Building. You can set information requirements rules for required fields, attributes, and documents for any of the above.
- Select + Add next to
Type, 
Component, 
Room/segment, 
System, 
Zone, 
Floor, or 
Building.
- The Add category or classification dialog opens.
- Select a category of elements or a classification system.
- Select Add.
