The Documents Profile view displays information about a single document. The user can edit the details, remove or check out the document, download its PDF version, or access tabs on the left to view detailed information.

  1. Tabs:
    • Profile: View the document properties.
    • Versions: View and download the available versions of the documents.
    • Tasks: View the existing tasks or create new tasks with the document associated to it.
    • Security: Limit access to documents for selected users. For more information, see Limiting access to a document.
  2. Action buttons:
    • Edit: Open the edit pane to edit the document properties.
    • Remove: Delete the document from the Documents page.
    • Check out: Check out the document in the user’s name.

    • Download file: Download the latest version of the document.
