The barcode for an asset can be generated and exported to a PDF. The Export barcode to PDF auto populates the Bar code field for the selected asset based on the bar code rules set up for the building. If a barcode already exists you can view the barcode in PDF on selecting Export barcode to PDF.
- A barcode template is configured for the portfolio.
- The assets page is open.
- Select the check box next to the asset.
- Select Export barcode to PDF.
- The PDF file with the barcode opens on the browser. The barcode value is saved in the Bar code field in the Properties page of the asset.
