The Events page displays site-wide as well as site-specific detected alarms/events, with each one on a separate row.

The event you selected in the list on the left appears in darker shade, while the event pane on the right displays the relevant event information along with a specific link to directly go to the event source.

An event icon flashes when its source is active until it becomes solid color when its source is quiet.

Severity and event category

The events belong to categories, which are color-coded by severity.

Event message

Just below the event category description, a text displays and indicates the event message relevant to data points connected to your site’s devices for which the event is triggered from. For example, High Limit, and so on.

This description changes when the event source passes from the Active to the Quiet state.

If the event does not contain any event message text, the following text displays: Event.

The event source is in an off-normal condition.

Quiet

The event source is back to normal.

Date and time

Date and time when the event occurred.

Typically, event time displays with resolution hh:mm:ss.

Source

Text description of the device that issued the event.

No source information displays if an event occurred but still displays even though the relevant data point is no longer available.

Location

It indicates the building where the event occurred.

In site-wide events, this information displays in the Event pane, while in site-specific events, the same information is on top of the Events page.
