Comfort score is enabled and configured at the site level. See Enable site comfort score.
Only users that are part of the following user groups can configure comfort score:
- Operations Manager Advanced
- Customer Administrator
Once the comfort score monitoring is enabled, you can also edit the comfort score default configuration, if required. See Adjust site comfort score parameters.
