Configuring email/SMS notifications allows users to receive email or SMS notifications for data point event status changes.

For all email or SMS event subscription types below, the following toggle button conditions apply:

Notification is enabled.
Notification is disabled.

Depending on the event notifications you want to enable or disable, complete the steps below:

All site data points

  • Data points are present in your device.
  1. Go to Devices.
  1. Toggle the Send email / SMS on events button to turn notifications on or off.

All data points in a device

  • Data points are present in your device.
  1. Go to Devices.
  1. Select the device.
  1. In the side pane, under Notification, toggle the Send email / SMS on events button to turn notifications on or off.

A data point on a device

  • Data points are present in your device.
  1. Go to Devices.
  1. Select the device.
  1. Select the data point.
  1. In the side pane, under Notification, toggle the Send email / SMS on events button to turn notifications on or off.
