You want to view and create a trend analysis of some site data points, and then format the resulting chart:

Complete the steps below to create and format a trend analysis:
Create a trend
- You are on a site-specific page.
- Go to Trend analysis.
- Select Create.
- Select Edit.
- Go to Options.
- Type the name of graph in the Title field and edit the Default time-period to reflect the appropriate option.
- Select Save.
Add data points to a trend
- On the Trend analysis page, a trend chart is selected.
- Select Edit.
- Go to Series > .
- From the Available list, choose your data point(s).
- Select to add the data point(s) to the Selected list.
- Confirm your selection.
- For each data point, select the appropriate placement option in the Y-axis column.
- Select Options
- Set the Default period.
NOTE: Operations Manager displays a maximum of three years of trend data on a chart. For example, if the Default period is five years, the trend chart displays only three years of data.
- (Optional) For the Left and Right Y-axis, select the appropriate Min., Max., and Auto-scale options.
- Select Save.
You can select up to 10 data points.
Style a trend
- On the Trend analysis page, you have a trend chart with data points.
- Click Edit.
- Go to Series > Style.
- Select to open the Style menu, and then select from the following:
- Color
- Width
- Dash type
- Marker
- (Optional) Enable Smoothing, to smooth the graph line.
- Select any area outside the pop-up to exit the menu.
- Select Save.
