Converting Unassigned Submessages to Main Messages
In general, every submessage is subordinate to a main message. However, it can happen that submessages without a main message appear in the Message List view. This can happen, for example, if an alarm submessage is registered first. You can process unassigned submessages as main messages.
- The Events/Messages perspective is displayed.
- Select an unassigned submessage.
- Click OK to confirm the conversion of this submessage to a main message.
It is always checked when messages are received whether associated submessages are already registered. The relevant submessages are assigned automatically in this case (retrospectively).
