Problems can arise when you want to start the software. The following causes are possible:

No Login Page

The login page is not displayed.

You receive an error message when starting the software.

Check the correct spelling of the link in the browser:

https://[Hostname]:8443/login

Example: https://vp-runtime:8443/login

Keep in mind to always use the hostname and no IP addresses.

Client Launcher Does not Work

The execution process commences after double-clicking the launcher executable file, but this process is suddenly aborted without an error message. The Java symbol appears briefly but the client does not start. Contact your local administrator.

No Client Available

The login page is displayed but no client can be selected even though not all available clients have been started yet. Contact your local administrator.
