Dealing with Operator Comments Creating Operator Comments The Events/Messages perspective is displayed. The System State List view is displayed. Select one or more entries. Right-click and select Set/Edit Operator Comment . In the Operator comment field, enter a comment. Click Finish . The operator comment is entered. Editing Operator Comments The Events/Messages perspective is displayed. The System State List view is displayed. Select one or more entries. Right-click and select Set/Edit Operator Comment . In the Operator comment field, enter your changes. When you edit a mandatory comment, make sure that the length of the comment equals or exceeds the comment length displayed in the Set/Edit Operator Comment dialog. Click Finish . The operator comment is changed. Deleting Operator Comments The Events/Messages perspective is displayed. The System State List view is displayed. Select one or more entries. Right-click and select Clear Operator Comment . Click Yes . The operator comment is removed.
