A partition can be shared with another company, for example in case of a service agreement between both companies. In this scenario, the service provider handles the partition management, sharing single partitions with other companies. The receiving company can grant access to the partition to the required user groups.
- You are a member of the Customer Administrator or Partition Administrator user group.
- You are in Partition management > Partitions > Owned.
- Select the checkbox of each partition you want to share.
- Select Share.
- The Share sidebar displays.
- In the Share with dropdown list, select the company with which you want to share the partition.
- (Optional) If the company is not in the list, select Related companies to be redirected to the Related companies page. To add a company to the list, see Related companies.
- Under Permission, select the permission level you want to grant the target company.
- Select Share.
