The User groups tab displays the following information about all user groups available for this company:

  • Name and description of the user group.
  • Name of the role assigned to the user group.
  • Number of partitions, the user group includes.
  • Number of users in the user group.

These functions are only available for Company Administrators, User Administrators and User Group Administrators:

  • With the More button, the following actions can be performed for each user group: Edit or Remove the user group.
  • User Group Administrators can only edit their own user groups.
  • With the Create button, you can create a new user group.
  • The Create button is only visible with for Company Administrators and User Administrators.

The system generated administrator user groups cannot be removed.
