The available user roles depend on the subscription. In Accounts, the name of a user role is generated after the following convention: Application name - Role level - Subscription name.
Depending on the application, up to 3 predefined user roles are available:
- Basic: View entries and settings, edit your own user settings.
- Standard: View and edit most entries and settings, edit your own user settings.
- Advanced: Edit all settings, create new entries.
To assign a specific role to a user, the user is added to the user group that has this role. See Managing user groups.
