Information for the first user of a company - Online Help

The first user to log into Accounts starts with the following setup:

• The user is a member of the system generated user group Customer Administrator.
• The user only has access to Accounts and no other app.

Depending on the size of the company, different next steps are recommended. For more information, see the Building X Onboarding Online Help.

Existing subscribers of Building X will see the newly introduced roles (see Role concept) along the existing user roles. To create new user groups, use only the new roles. See User groups and Role concept.
