Information for the first user of a company - User Guide

This section covers how to set the system up for the first time. The first user to log into Accounts will start with the following setup:

• The user is a member of the system generated user group Customer Administrator.
• The user will only have access to Accounts and no other application.

With this user, create user groups with the other roles of the subscription. See User groups and Role concept.

Existing subscribers of Building X will see the newly introduced roles (see Role concept) along the existing user roles. To create new user groups, use only the new roles.
