A manual renewal subscription can be converted to an automatic renewal subscription.
- You are a member of the Customer Administrator or Subscription Administrator user group.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to convert.
- Select More > Convert.
- A dialog opens, informing about the change from manual renewal to automatic renewal.
- Select Continue.
- You are redirected to the Subscription manager.
