- You are a member of the Customer Administrator or User Administrator user group.
- You are in User Management > Invitations.
- Select Invite.
- Fill in the Name and Email address.
- Select the Notification language for the new user.
- The invitation email is sent in the selected language. By default, the same language as for the inviting user is selected.
- In the notification settings of the new user, the language selected for the invitation is chosen as notification language.
If the new user is already a user of another Building X company, the preferred notification language as defined by the user will not be overwritten.
Currently, not all languages are supported. For those languages with missing translations, the fallback language is English.
- Select the User groups to which the invited user will be added.
- Select Send.
- The user receives an email with a link.
If new users have not yet registered with Siemens ID, they need to register first before being able to log in and accept the invitation.
