• You are a member of the Customer Administrator or User Administrator user group.
  1. Go to User Management > Invitations.
  1. Select Invite.
  1. Fill in the Name and Email address.
  1. Select the User groups to which the invited user will be added.
  1. Select Send.
  • The user receives an email with a link.

If new users have not yet registered with Siemens ID, they need to register first before being able to log in and accept the invitation.
