Renewing expired subscriptions

You have the Customer Administrator or Subscription Administrator platform role.

You have purchased an activation ID or entitlement ID.

Go to  Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you want to renew.

Select  Options > Renew.

Enter the entitlement ID of the new subscription.

Select Continue.

Select which feature packages you want to activate.

Select Continue.

Review your subscription and confirm with Activate.
