The figure above displays a wiring example of one PT2003-A1 being connected via PN1002-A1 or PN2009-A1 to one digital audio matrix. This wiring can be utilized for PT2003-A1 in evacuation use cases.

The PN1002-A1 and PN2009-A1 (3) provide an isolated DC 24 V with ground fault monitoring, an isolated 'PACE-Bus' (RS485), and isolated analog audio input and analog audio output.

A short circuit outside of the cabinet has no impact on the signals in the cabinet.

No other components are allowed on 'PACE-Bus' (RS485) together with PT2003-A1.

The PN1002-A1 and PN2009-A1 provide an RJ45 connector for all the signals, facilitating the wiring of the PT2003-A1.

Standard copper Ethernet cable (CAT5) with RJ45 connectors are used for the wiring (8), connecting PN1002-A1 or PN2009-A1 to PT2003-A1.
