Transmission for an alarm/evacuation through the VACIE occurs by means of a contact.

The contact for remote triggering between the FCP and VACIE must be physically set up and configured in each case.

The FCP must also be configured in such a way that the VACIE confirms that the alarm/evacuation has been processed successfully following the transmission for the remote triggering.

If the VACIE fails to confirm that the alarm/evacuation has been processed successfully following the transmission for the remote triggering, the FCP must issue the signal for remote triggering again.

WARNING
Alarm not triggered

Personal injury and damage to property in an emergency.

  1. The FCP must receive and evaluate the 'Alarm active' confirmation once remote triggering has been transmitted. If this does not happen, the triggering process must be repeated.
