Call stations are used to select speaker zones, play voice messages, make live announcements, and monitor and control the Cerberus PACE Compact system.
Call stations are usually installed outside of the cabinet and connected via the 'PACE-Net' network or via 'PACE-Bus' (RS485).
The 'PACE-Net' network transmits digital control and digital audio data. A separate power supply connection is required.
The 'PACE-Bus' (RS485) network transmits digital control data. Separate power supply and analog audio connections are required.
A redundant connection to the call station can be achieved with appropriate measures:
Call station | 1x open circuit | 1x short circuit |
