The remote access tunnel is normally set up by the application. In such cases, a connection to the device is opened from Devices application in Remote access.
In case no tunnel has been created automatically or a new tunnel is needed, its endpoint can be configured manually in Network > Tunnel by specifying name and URL of the tunnel. This may require opening a port in the firewall settings first.
