Make sure that the Connect gateway device is removed from its site in the Devices application before changing the environment.
A change of environment from Production to Production-Integration and vice versa forces a factory reset of the gateway. The factory reset deletes all data including applications and containers.
Application developers and testers can move the Connect gateway from the cloud production environment to another cloud environment in order to make use of advanced functionality. The following debugging features are available depending on the environment selected:

Change environment
- Logged in as administrator to Connect gateway.
- Go to Security > Maintenance and activate Development mode.
- Confirm by selecting Change in the confirmation window.
