Alarm Sync: Subscribes to all remote devices and polls for alarm changes every 5 seconds. All alarms that match the filter will synchronize and the remote device will act as the master for the alarm. The current user can acknowledge the local copy, which then informs the remote device to perform the same acknowledgment.
Alarm Purge: The system will purge all alarms older than the given limit once a day at 12:15 AM (system time).
Enable Alarm Purge | Enables or disables the alarm purge module. |
Run Alarm Purge | Executes the alarm purge task using the given parameters. Use this to purge the alarm independently of the scheduled frequency. |
Alarm Max Age | Sets the max age limit of alarms before they are purged. |
Enable Alarm Sync | Enables or disables the alarm sync module. NOTE: When alarm sync is enabled, all remote devices will notify the local FIN when an alarm changes. Changes will be propagated into the local database with an additional tag referencing the source of the alarm. Additionally, when a synced alarm is acknowledged, it will notify the original device of the alarm. The alarm will also be acknowledged on the remote system. |
