With the Alarm Subscriptions setup, you will be able to have emails sent whenever an alarm is generated.

How to setup Alarm Subscriptions

  1. In order to set an Alarm Subscription, select > Advanced Apps > Host .

  1. Navigate to Users and select the user to receive alarm emails, and then click Edit .
  • The Edit User dialog box displays.
  1. Make sure the selected user has a valid email address, and then navigate to Custom Properties in the dialog box.
  1. Select Immediately or Digest for All Alarms as needed.
  • The Topics dialog box displays.
  1. Toggle the three options as needed.

  1. Click Apply.
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab, and fill out the following fields.

Assigning Alarms

  1. If you want different users to receive a certain alarm, create a separate topic for each different type.
  1. Select > Advanced Apps > Folio .

  1. From the slider menu, click Menu.

  1. Select Mobile Query .
  • The Run Folio Query dialog box displays.
  1. Type topicOn in the Query box.
  1. Click OK.
  • A Confirmation dialog box displays.
  1. Click Run.
  • A list of entries where the topicOn tag is present displays.

  1. Open the All Alarms entry and edit the topicOn tag.

Off time and Resend Alarms
