1. Click Groups > Create.
  1. The New Group form will open.
  • Short Name: Enter a shorthand alias for the group.
  • Group Name: Enter the full group name.
  • User Role: Set the group's user role.
  • SU users have full, unrestricted access to all host and project applications.
  • Admin users can make project database writes (changes) and issue actions (commands).
  • Operator users can command points with the action menu, but can only view the project database.
  • Select a Color: Choose a color for the group’s tag.
  • Time Zone: Select a time zone from the drop-down menu.
  • Language: Select what language displays in the user interface.
  1. After completing the New Group form, click Create.
  • The new group will display in the Groups tab of the Users application.
