Details

Displays all details on an alarm.

Note:

  • The label Alarm description is displayed if the alarm has a description.
  • The label Alarm-ID is displayed if the alarm does not have a description.

Cause

Displays the number of recommendations that are defined for an alarm. It displays independent of the lines selected in the pane Previous alarms.

Comment

Displays the number of comments that are defined for an alarm. It displays independent of the lines selected in the pane Previous alarms.

Download report

Creates a report on all the alarms for this ticket.

Ticket status

Indicates the current status of the ticket. The following states are possible:

  • Open
  • Acknowledged
  • Closed

The button is unavailable if the ticket is closed or the user does not have the appropriate rights.

Description

Priority

The following priority states are possible:

  • Alarm dashboard concept (support low, medium, or high)
  • Alarm class concept (taken over from Climatix IC and displayed as numbers between 0 to 15)

Display conventions in Alarm dashboard:

  • A plant alarm ticket with only active alarms at priorities 0 to 15 (Climatix IC Alarm class concept) display only the lowest class.
  • A plant alarm ticket with only active alarms of low, medium, and high display the high priority.
  • A plant alarm ticket that is a mix of active alarms at priorities low, medium, and high, and priorities 0 to 15, ignore the Climatix IC Alarm class concept.

INFO: The priority must be defined in the AlarmOutput node to sort by priority.

Time

Displays the time the alarm was registered in the cloud.

Alarm label

Displays the assigned Alarm type.

State

Displays state active or inactive.



Displays the number of possible causes for this alarm.



Displays the number of comments for this alarm.

Displays the alarm text. It may appear differently depending on the customer's application structure.

Message

Displays the notification text. It may appear differently depending on the customer's application structure.

Alarm state

Displays state active or inactive.

Category

Displays the alarm category.

Source

Displays where the alarm is triggered in Climatix IC, e.g.: Sensor. It may also be an alarm block depending on the application structure.

Reset type

The following acknowledge types are possible:

  • Manual
  • Auto
  • Manual or auto

The acknowledge type is defined in Rule Editor in the Root Causes node.

Alarm active at plant

Displays the Climatix IC time that the alarmed occurred.

Alarm closed at plant

Displays the Climatix IC time the alarm was closed. Not yet closed displays if the alarm is still open.

Alarm active at browser time

Displays the time the alarm was registered in the cloud (open).

Alarm closed at browser time

Displays the time the alarm was registered in the cloud (closed). Not yet closed displays if the alarm is still open.

Alarm ID

Displays the Alarm ID that is sent from Climatix IC to the Alarm Dashboard.
