NOTE: Multiple ticket entries can be generated from one or more Alarm tickets. They are derived from the same plant, but can include different recommendations.

  • The Alarm Dashboard is open.
  1. Select Filter by.
  1. Select a column title and enter a condition, e.g. open.
  1. Press <Enter> to filter the list.

  1. (Optional) Select a column title to change the sorting order.
  1. Select the ticket to display the ticket details.
