- The Alarm Dashboard is open.
- Select Filter by.
- Select a column title and enter a condition, e.g. open.
- Press <Enter>.
- The ticket list is filtered.
- (Optional) Select a column title to change the sorting order.
- Select the ticket.
- The ticket details are displayed.
- For multiple ticket entries, they can be generated from one or more Alarm sources. They are derived however form the same plant can may include different recommendations.
