• The Alarm Dashboard is open.
  1. Select Filter by.
  1. Select a column title and enter a condition, e.g. open.
  1. Press <Enter>.
  • The ticket list is filtered.
  1. (Optional) Select a column title to change the sorting order.
  1. Select the ticket.
  • The ticket details are displayed.
  • For multiple ticket entries, they can be generated from one or more Alarm sources. They are derived however form the same plant can may include different recommendations.
