The Alarm Dashboard, which requires a Siemens ID, can only be accessed if a link to the customer account has been created and displays in the Associated accounts.
- This is a one-time-task so the Alarm Dashboard can be accessed via Single Sign-On and without having to login again.
- In the upper right-hand corner, next to the E-mail address, open the profile.
- In section Associated accounts, check the customer account.
Request a Siemens ID
The Climatix IC user account must be linked to a Siemens ID. A Siemens ID can be created at the following link: uss.login.siemens.com.
