Only one alarm ticket at a time is active for each device. The alarm ticket remains active until the user closes it. If a resolved alarm goes back into alarm before it has been deleted, a new alarm ticket is not generated. This prevents an alarm burst or flashing alarm from triggering multiple alarms.

Flashing alarm: Additional incoming alarms do not trigger a new alarm ticket.
Repeating alarm: An alarm is no longer pending before the alarm ticket is closed.
Repeating alarm: An alarm is still pending , before the alarm ticket is closed.
Alarm burst: Only one alarm ticket is generated for all alarms. A repeating alarm does not trigger a new alarm ticket.
