First, complete the basic data and then enter the alarm and report-specific data. Additional information is available in the Sections "Alarm-specific settings" or "Report-specific settings".
- In primary navigation, select "Administration".
- Click the name of the desired plant.
- In secondary navigation, select "Plant notifications".
- Click "Add plant notification".
- In the entry mask, configure the notification in the section "Basic settings"
- Select the notification type "Alarm" or "Report".
- Enter the name of the alarm notification.
- Enter the recipient. Multiple recipients can be entered, with each e-mail address separated by a comma.
NOTICE
The entered e-mail address is not checked. A message is lost to an incorrect address.
- Click available tokens (wildcards) directly to add it to the notification.

"Send test notification"
Click "Send test notification" to quickly test functionality without waiting for an actual error.
Option "Create from template"
You can create an alarm notification using an existing template.
- Click the "Create from template" button and select the appropriate template file.
- Click "Save" to import the template.
- Check the detailed settings after import.

Option "Export template"
- Click an existing template to reuse a notification.
- Click "Export template". The templates can be accepted independent of the plant.
