Configuring notifications will allow users to receive email/SMS notifications of connection status changes for devices. To configure notifications, follow steps below.
- Go to Sites.
- Select a site.
- Select the Device notifications, toggle button to turn notifications on or off.
- You will receive an Offline notification latest after 10 minutes, if the device remains disconnected.
- You will receive an Online notification latest after 10 minutes, if the device remains connected.
