To re-onboard the Sync Agent the existing configuration will be deleted and SIPORT needs to be synchronized again. Also, SBC Agent needs to be configured again.
- Prerequisite: You have stopped the synchronization in Security Manager. See Building X Security Manager Onboarding Online Help.
- Prerequisite: You have uninstalled the existing Sync Agent and removed it from Devices. See Uninstalling and removing Sync Agent.
- Install the new Sync Agent software.
- Following the instructions in the setup wizard.
- Select the option New installation.
Only your local configured data is deleted during a new installation.
- Click Next.
- Sync Agent has been reinstalled.
- The Sync Agent needs to be added to Devices. See Adding Sync Agent to Building X Devices.
