The following are the reasons why you are unable to onboard the Sync Agent:

  • The machine running the Sync Agent did not trust the root CA of the Siemens server certificate.
  • The customer proxy did not trust the root CA of the Siemens server certificate.
  • The customer is using an active SSL Inspection that is fundamentally incompatible with the mTLS used by SBC Agent.
  • The customer is using a .pac file for proxy configuration that the SBC Agent currently does not support.
  • Make sure all the reasons mentioned above are addressed and resolved for successful onboarding of the Sync Agent.
