If a new version is available, you can upgrade the existing version of Sync Agent.
NOTICE
Before upgrading the Sync Agent software, you must always uninstall the existing Sync Agent software.
- Prerequisite: You have stopped the synchronization in Security Manager. See Building X Security Manager Onboarding Online Help.
- Prerequisite: You have uninstalled the existing Sync Agent. See Uninstalling Sync Agent.
- Install the new Sync Agent software.
- Following the instructions in the setup wizard.
- Select the option Upgrade.
- Click Next.
- Sync Agent has been upgraded.
