Operator/Supervisor

An Operator/Supervisor has PC and industry knowledge. A product training is required. Operators/Supervisors perform the steps required for the correct operation of the product.

Planner/Solution Designer (Siemens)

A Planner/Solution Designer has expertise in the area of IT systems, management systems, and subsystems. Planners/Solution Designers plan the design of the management system in the customer's IT network environment. The Planner/Solution Designer typically is an employee of Siemens, who works at the customer facility during the project. Service Technicians (Siemens)

A Service Technician has expertise in the area of IT systems, management systems, and subsystems. A product training is required. Service Technicians perform checks of the proper functioning of the product at regular intervals (once every three months) and system enhancements. They are also responsible for the product maintenance. The product is installed and not yet configured or already configured and is to be reconfigured or essential maintenance is to be performed.

System/Data Administrator
