Measuring accuracy is impacted by the following factors:

- Wall surface (rough, smooth)
- Wall texture (wood, plaster, concrete, brick)
- Wall type (interior, exterior).
The permissible cable length depends on the controller used with the sensor and is specified in the controller’s data sheet.
