The building management system must be able to create reports which provides the user with an overview of the project configuration. The reports must contain information about the most important system configuration like basic project settings, data points and alarm configuration, networks, drivers, trends, macros, reactions, users, user groups and access rights, etc.

Reports must allow easy navigation between different sections, for example, navigate from user reports to user groups and vice versa. It must be possible that these reports can be refreshed, backed up and viewed directly in the client application so that the users always have access to the most recent project configuration snapshot. For change tracking purposes, it must be possible to run reports periodically by reactions and stored in a time-stamped Report Default Folder.
