Error message “Device not licensed”.

Verify that the controller has the required license enabled to allow communication with the smartHMI.

Connection via USB (Android devices only) cannot be established.

The OTG for connecting to the phone typically needs to be on the side of the phone.

Connection via WLAN Stick cannot be established.

On the phones settings menu, check that you are connected to the WLAN network of the WLAN stick, before switching to the smartHMI app to connect to the controller.

Error message “Client request invalid..” during login.

Verify that you are using the correct username and password.

Graphics packages are not cached to the app.

Verify that graphics packages are uploaded to the Climatix IC Application set and that the user settings are correct and completed.
