Error message “Device not licensed”. | Verify that the controller has the required license enabled to allow communication with the smartHMI. |
Connection via USB (Android devices only) cannot be established. | The OTG for connecting to the phone typically needs to be on the side of the phone. |
Connection via WLAN Stick cannot be established. | On the phones settings menu, check that you are connected to the WLAN network of the WLAN stick, before switching to the smartHMI app to connect to the controller. |
Error message “Client request invalid..” during login. | Verify that you are using the correct username and password. |
Graphics packages are not cached to the app. | Verify that graphics packages are uploaded to the Climatix IC Application set and that the user settings are correct and completed. |
