Follow the steps below to uninstall Automatic File Importer:
- From the Windows Start menu, select Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program.
- Select the Automatic File Importer from the list displayed.
- Click Uninstall at the top of the program list, or right-click the Automatic File Importer and click Uninstall.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Click Yes.
- SBC Agent also uninstalls automatically along with Automatic File Importer.
- The uninstallation of Automatic File Importer is complete.

Before adding a new device
If you want to add a new device, it is recommended to delete the previous device files from the directories listed below:
