Lifecycle Twin supports the primarily the EU (Ireland) deployment.
In case where an integration is needed now or in future with other Building X applications or IoT devices connected to Building X the Lifecycle Twin EU (Ireland) base package should be ordered.
All subscriptions in a company must belong to the same region for Lifecycle Twin and the same region package should be ordered.
Lifecycle Twin supports the US, and APAC (Australia) deployments and these base packages should be ordered only in cases where Lifecycle Twin is used or planned to be used complete standalone without any future integration of data with Building X IoT devices or any other applications.
The base package where the cloud deployment of Lifecycle Twin is required needs to be correctly selected during the first time of purchase and is not reversible. A single deployment is applicable per subscription. In addition to the selected region for deployment, the user and account information would also reside on the Building X EU (Ireland) region.
The service is available as a base unit of 1 user, 2 GB and can only be purchased starting from 10 users and 20 GB storage and available in bands as stated in the above table.
For custom uses cases, long term enterprise contracts, and/or for very large number of users or size requirement, (e.g., more than 250 users and/or 500 GB data) Customer may contact their sales representative for custom subscription plan.
The Lifecycle Twin subscription plan is the regular, scalable Offering for this Cloud Service. The subscription term is twelve (12) months with automatic renewal; the Cloud Service fee is paid in advance. The subscription plan can be upscaled at any time and Cloud Service fees for upscales are calculated on a pro-rated basis. The Customer can also scale down the Cloud Service effective with the end of the current subscription term. The subscription fee will be adjusted for the upcoming billing term. The Cloud Service can be cancelled any time, effective with the end of the current subscription term.
Extended Use entitles Customer to authorize its Affiliates and third parties to access and use the Cloud Services in accordance with the rights set out in the Terms and Conditions.
3) Custom Subscription Plan
Any subscriptions that are not purchased via a Siemens online store are Custom Subscription Plans. Under a Custom Subscription Plan the details regarding functions, subscription metric, term, billing, up- and downscaling, Connected Devices as well as Permitted Users are set out in the agreement between the Customer and Siemens.
