The Sinorix™ Silent Nozzles SDNS-x are designed in such a way that they discharge the extinguishing agent at a reduced sound level that is compatible with the operation of memory systems (hard drives). The 'linear design' of the nozzle means the extinguishing agent can flow at a reduced pressure and with a targeted jet shape, allowing it to be supplied to the room to be protected much more evenly and quietly.
The extinguishing nozzles help to prevent noise-related faults with hard drives and entire memory systems in data centers and server rooms while they are being flooded with extinguishing agent.
All SDNS variants are intended for room protection applications; however, they have special characteristics regarding their maximum orifice diameter and jet stream.
