Draw the grid with horizontal and vertical lines at a distance of 30 m to the preliminary TME and TBR locations, starting in the top left corner of the floor plan.
Start the planning grid at 15 m from the building’s walls and then continue to create a grid of R = 30 m x 30 m. This prevents ‘dead spots’ or zones in building corners.
