To migrate from the old Operations Manager Standard Plan (BO) subscription to the new Building X - Operations Manager (OM) subscription, you must create a new company with the new subscription. Once that is complete, the partitions from the company associated with the old subscription are handed-over to the company with the new Building X - Operations Manager (OM) subscription. During this partition hand over process, both the device and engineering data are transferred. After the migration of the partitions, the following elements remain unchanged:
- Partition ID
Limitation: users and user role data
Users and user roles, however, are not carried over to the new partition. Once the hand over has taken place, you must re-add users and roles to the new partition.
