After you have updated the data on your device in the offline mode, you must upload the offline data to the server.

  • You are in an area with network connectivity and the device is in the online mode.
  1. Tap on the main menu.
  • The Upload offline changes screen displays with the list of operations you made while offline.
  1. Tap Send all.
  • The data starts uploading to the server. A appears next to every successfully uploaded item. If there is an error during the upload, a displays next to the item along with an error message.
  1. Perform the following steps if there is an error during upload.
  • Tap OK to close the error message and tap for information on the upload error.
  • Tap Retry to re-upload the component. Tap Close to close the Upload offline data screen.
  • The Synchronize window displays with the status.
