- Tap Assets on the vertical navigation.
- From the different categories of assets (for example, Type, Component, Room/segment, System, Zone, Floor, Building) select the asset category.
- All the assets of that category display.
- Tap

- The Filters screen displays with the list of fields on which the filter is to be applied and the filter type.
- Navigate to Field and select the field on which the filter is to be applied (for example, Name).
- Tap Operator and the list of filtering criteria matching the selected field display. For example, if name is selected as the field, then the Operator field displays Contains.
The values displayed for Operator vary according to the selected field.
- Enter a value or select a value as the filtering criteria (for example, Name Contains slab).
- Tap Add condition to add another filter condition.
- Tap Done to exit the Filters screen.
- The data matching the filter criteria display. In the above example, the filter is applied on the Name column and all the records having Name as slab display.
