• The Lifecycle Twin Mobile app is downloaded and installed from Apple’s App Store.
  1. Open the Lifecycle Twin mobile application.
  1. If you are logging in to the application for the first time, the End User License Agreement (EULA) will display. Tap Accept.

Accepting the End User License Agreement (EULA) is mandatory before proceeding to the next step.

  1. Ensure that you have selected the correct server by tapping Change Service.

In case of the on-premise installation, you first need to configure the service and then select the configured service to login. See Changing service.

  1. Enter your username and password and tap Sign in. Alternatively, if you have a Siemens ID account, you can also log in using the account. To login using your Siemens ID account, tap Login with Siemens ID.

The Login with Siemens ID option is not available for users subscribed to the on-premises Lifecycle Twin.

  1. If you are logging into the application for the first time, create a PIN Code. This ensures that the application is re-opened after closing and there is no need to login again and you continue working on the same portfolio. This is valid only if you have not logged out.
  • A list of portfolios display.

If the subscription linked with a portfolio expires, the term Expired displays for the portfolio. You cannot access this portfolio in the Lifecycle Twin app and the usage of the app is blocked at such a portfolio level. After the subscription is renewed, the app is unblocked for the respective portfolio and can be used.

  1. Scroll down the list and tap the relevant portfolio. If you know the name of the portfolio, navigate to Search and enter the name of the portfolio to find it.
  • The projects assigned to the selected portfolio display.
  1. Tap and select any project from the list.
  • The details of the project such as recently accessed issues, documents, models, components, types, and spaces display on the dashboard.
