Displays details such as work orders created by you and assigned to you, open and expired work orders. An option to filter work orders according to locations is also present.

Creating new work orders

  1. Tap Work orders on the vertical navigation.
  1. Tap on the vertical navigation (1).

  • The Create Work order screen displays with the default values set for Priority, Category, and Object type.
  1. Do the following:
  • Enter the values for name and description.
  • Modify the values for priority, category, and object type (if needed). By default, Component is selected as the Object type.
  • Search and select the object depending on the set object type. Tap Apply.
  • Depending on the values selected for Object type and Object, the values for Room/segment and Building are automatically populated.
  • You can view the profile of the object, room/segment, or building by clicking the displayed value. You can also select a different value for the object by clicking or the blank space before .
  • Assign the work order to the concerned individual.
  • Specify a due date for the work order.
  1. (Optional) Add a photo to the work order.
  • Tap the camera icon to the upper right.
  • From the displayed options, tap Take picture.
  • Tap Apply to add the photo to the work order, Cancel to re-take the photo, Edit to edit the photo.
  • The photo is added to the work order at the bottom of the page.
  1. Tap Create.
  • A new work order is created.

Creating and editing work orders for components, rooms, or segments

  1. From the Barcode scanner, scan the barcode of a component, room or segment.
  • All the components, rooms and segments associated with the scanned barcode display.
  1. Select a component, room, or segment from the displayed list.
  1. Tap Work orders.
  • A list of work orders associated with the selected component, room, or segment displays. If there are no associated work orders, the text, No data displays.
  1. Tap an existing work order to view it's details and perform updates (if required).
  1. Tap New to create a new work order.
  • The Create work order screen displays with the basic details of the selected component, room, or segment such as Priority, Category, Object type, Object, Room/segment, and Building.
  1. Specify the other details as follows:
  • Enter the values for name and description.
  • Assign the work order to the concerned individual.
  • Specify a due date for the work order.
  1. (Optional) Add a photo to the work order. For details, see Creating new work orders.
  1. Tap Create.
  • A new work order is created.

You can create work orders for objects of all types (Building, Floor, Room/segment, Component, Document) in the offline mode. The work orders reflect in the Work orders tab after the device is online and the data synchronization is complete.

Editing work orders

  1. Tap Work orders on the vertical navigation.
  1. Select the work order to be edited.
  • The details of the work order display.

  1. Modify the values as required.
  1. (Optional) Add a voice message to the work order by tapping Play in the Voice message section.
  1. Specify any message related to the work order. (1)
  1. Save the work order.

Once a work order is created, the status of the work order can be changed by tapping Change (2).

Viewing template information

You can view the template information for a recurring work order that includes the list of subworkorders, time required and equipment needed to perform the work order.

  1. Select a recurring work order from the list of displayed work orders.
  1. Tap .
  • The details of the template information for the selected recurring work order displays.
