Condition Tool is used to perform scheduled checks on the condition of rooms in a premise. It involves selecting a floor and a room on the floor for which you want to perform a scheduled check. For example, performing a scheduled check of all the equipment in an operation theatre located on the 2nd floor of a hospital building.

The Condition Tool is not available to all the customers. It is available on iPad devices only.

Conducting assessments and audits

  1. Tap Condition Tool on the vertical navigation.
  • A screen with a list of floor plans displays.
  1. Select a floor to view the rooms on that floor.
  1. Select a room to view an image of the room.

To upload a new image of the room, tap Edit Photo. This opens the camera of the mobile device.

  1. Tap Cleaning assessment or Building fabric & services fixtures condition audit.
  • The Cleaning assessment or Building fabric & services fixtures condition audit screen with the list of elements in the room and options to select the condition of each element displays.
  1. Tap Edit and select the condition of the elements.
  • Depending on the selected conditions, the result of the assessment displays as a percentage at the bottom of the screen.
  1. To create an issue, tap , specify the details, and tap to save the issue.
  1. Tap to complete the assessment and audit.
