Condition Tool is used to perform scheduled checks on the condition of rooms in a premise. It involves selecting a floor and a room on the floor for which you want to perform a scheduled check. For example, performing a scheduled check of all the equipment in an operation theatre located on the 2nd floor of a hospital building.
The Condition Tool is not available to all the customers. It is available on iPad devices only.
Conducting assessments and audits
- Tap Condition Tool on the vertical navigation.
- A screen with a list of floor plans displays.
- Select a floor to view the rooms on that floor.
- Select a room to view an image of the room.
To upload a new image of the room, tap Edit Photo. This opens the camera of the mobile device.
- Tap Cleaning assessment or Building fabric & services fixtures condition audit.
- The Cleaning assessment or Building fabric & services fixtures condition audit screen with the list of elements in the room and options to select the condition of each element displays.
- Tap Edit and select the condition of the elements.
- Depending on the selected conditions, the result of the assessment displays as a percentage at the bottom of the screen.
- To create an issue, tap , specify the details, and tap to save the issue.
- Tap to complete the assessment and audit.
