Filtering Device Lists - Operation Manual

1. Tap Devices .

• The Panels page displays.

2. Tap Filter.

• Filter dialog box appears.

3. Select one or more sub-filter criteria to filter the device lists accordingly:

• Comments: If Show devices with comments is enabled, then devices with comments are displayed at the top in the filter lists.

• Date range: Tap Start date and End date.

• Tested in test mode or real fire alarm: As per the status of the device testing in tested mode or real mode select the status:
  - Passed
  - Failed
  - Skipped
  - Not tested

• Visual check: Select the status of the following fields:
  - OK
  - Not OK
  - Not checked

• Device type: Select the required device type:
  - Automatic
  - Manual
  - Other

• Device enabled: Select the device status:
  - Yes
  - No

4. (Optional) Tap Clear all to clear all the status of each field.

5. Tap Apply or Cancel to apply or cancel the applied filter criteria.
