Tunnel is used for connecting the fire panels virtually.
- You have downloaded and launched CloudLink software.
- Tunnel connection status is in disconnected state.

- Enter the following link in a supported web browser:
https://firemanager.siemens.com.
- Login to Fire Manager.
- In the navigation bar, select Sites.
- Select a site from the list if multiple sites are operated.
- Select Site info

- In the Tunnel connection expander, select disconnected to change the status to Connected
.
- In the Tunnel connection dialog box select Connect.
- Tunnel connection is established, and status is Connected .
Establishing the tunnel connection can take some seconds. If you are not connected to the tunnel, check if the gateway is online.
